Our Origin Story

"Hey there! We’re Sushma and Sushmita Paudel, sisters from Jumla, Karnali. Growing up, the stark contrast of our bedroom windows: one overlooking a trash-filled river, the other a beautiful forest, ignited our passion to protect nature.

Moving to Kathmandu and pursuing biotechnology, we were excited to use science to work with nature. In 2023, we launched Eco-Revive, initially focusing on haircare with unsung herbs like soapnut. We quickly realized our big dream to enhance the value chain of Nepal’s natural resources needed a wider reach and partners.

Now, we team up with communities to turn waste into eco-cleaners and train marginalized groups, bringing Nepal’s heritage to the world through DearCareNepal and Zymewash.
